I've lived here for 3 years and it's been great. My little girl has made wonderful friends. I can let her play outside without fear. I have never had anything negative happen. Traci Jeremy has been the best property manager I've ever had. She is attentive to my needs and answers me very promptly and fairly. Def recommend plus you're not finding rent cheaper in Richland.
