Then, anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with first & last month's rent. ***First & last month's rent, along with total security deposit, MUST be paid in full prior to taking possession of the property*** We allow pets under the condition that the security deposit be increased according to your individual situation. My experience at this apartment was honestly great , for my first time moving into a new place this was the perfect, peaceful, spacious, and affordable home. I’ve lived here for a year and had little to 0 problems with my landlord or my actual building. Also stores are walking distance along with public transportation which is always a good thing and makes this place very convenient , food is very close also I highly recommend this place if you would like to experience professionalism along with a warm welcoming to a nice place to live in , neighbors were nice also lol , Thanks again Marshall Woods Apartment phenomenal job ! Well done 👍🏽
