I’ve lived here just under a year and I love it! Such a quiet area with great amenities. The gym, pools and clubhouse are clean, updated and open when you need them. The office and maintenance staff understands customer service and how to treat their tenants. There have been a few maintenance issues with my apartment but the team was quick to make them right by any means necessary. If you’re looking for your next apartment I would seriously consider Broadmoor at Jordan Creek.

I have lived at Broadmoor at Jordan Creek two separate times now, and this is by far the best bang for your buck in the entire city of West Des Moines. The complex is safe, the units are up to date, the amenities are clean, and maintenance work is timely. On top of it, they always have cute contests, free food trucks, and fun gatherings as well. I have to give a huge shout out to Brooke, my leasing consultant, for going above and beyond for her level of thoroughness, professionalism, hospitality, and communication. Thanks so much Brooke and Broadmoor for allowing me to live in such a great little community!
