There is a large living room as well as a formal dining room with a gorgeous built in hutch. The home has a full (unfinished) basement complete with washer/dryer. There is a lovely deck off the back and a nice yard. The home is just two blocks from Owen Park, walking distance to UWEC, and has easy access the Chippewa Valley Bike trail. There is off street parking but no garage. We are also renting this unit out by room! 1 Medium Bedrooms are $395/month plus utility charge 2 small bedrooms are $375/month plus utility charge No smoking. No more than 2 pets (non-bully breed dogs; fixed indoor cats) will be considered for a qualified applicant along with an additional security deposit and monthly fee.
