The primary kitchen offers plenty of countertop and cabinet space, and a second half-kitchen provides the means to utilize space and variety. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms and full bathroom. In the very large basement are a washer and dryer and room to be creative. Parking is off-street - with plenty of room for everyone on the paved driveway or in one of two single-car stalls. Lawn care, garbage, and recycling are included with rent.
