This is a complete 6-bedroom home with 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is in the heart of Eau Claire, just blocks from the bike trail, Putnam Park, Phoenix Park, and Carson Park, and walking distance to campus! It includes two kitchens, a large living room, and a formal dining area. All of the bedrooms are very spacious, four of which are on the main floor. The primary kitchen offers plenty of countertop and cabinet space, and a second half-kitchen provides the means to utilize space and variety. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms and full bathroom. In the very large basement are a washer and dryer and room to be creative. Parking is off-street - with plenty of room for everyone on the paved driveway or in one of two single-car stalls. Lawn care, garbage, and recycling are included with rent. Rent is based on a 6-person occupancy.
