B7 Flats apartments in downtown Eau Claire off of Barstow are absolutely stunning! Checked out a one bedroom apartment, the lounge, open patio common area, and much more. Many great offerings for those wanting to be in prime downtown Eau Claire and right next door to Menomonie Market Food Co-op !
