This home is a new build, a studio-sized round house, historically called a rondette, an architectural style found across the Blue Ridge Mountains starting in the 1960s. These homes are highly adaptive to mountain climates and built using materials and with a layout that results in an exceptionally energy-efficient home. This home features easy lever-controlled windows, sliding glass and screen door to your private reading or coffee porch. Electric, water, sewer, garbage and recycling pickup and high speed internet are included as part of your stay. Washer and dryer included in laundry closet. Mail service available.
