This apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a full kitchen fully equipped with a dining area, table, chairs, cabinets, toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, and gas burners. The bathroom includes a sink, shower, and restroom. Clean linens and towels are provided. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the other bedroom has a full-size bed, closet, heat/air conditioning, computer desk, and windows. The living room includes a sofa that can be converted to a bed, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV hung on the wall. Utilities, including electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV, are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $350 per month (between June 1st and October 1st, utilities are $380 per month).
