Eden Brae is just a couple of miles from most of Birmingham's most popular attractions: Railroad Park, the Zoo and Botanical Gardens, Avondale, Sloss Furnace, the Art Museum, Regions Field, Vulcan Park, and Downtown's Entertainment and Civil Rights Districts. All are easily accessible by bike or by car/Lyft/Uber. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Dogs are allowed, and they must be included as pets in the guest count. Events and gatherings are not allowed in single apartments; to host an event, inquire about renting the whole house. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. There is a $200/night penalty for any violation of the no smoking or vaping policy.
