A queen-size air mattress can be provided to sleep a total of 4 people. Please indicate at the time of booking if you require an air mattress. Minutes from downtown Gainesville and the beautiful Depot Park, along with the Hawthorne Trail, the location is perfect for patients, travel nurses, and anyone else visiting Gainesville. The complex does not allow dogs. All service dogs must be pre-approved by the HOA prior to your stay. There is 24-hour maintenance staff available for emergency maintenance.

Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and you may be asked to leave without a refund for violations. If caught with an unreported pet, there is a $200 fee. If dog waste is left behind, there is a $100 fee.
