All utilities and internet are included, valued at $150+ per month. Fast internet is available with 300mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds. A smart TV is provided for streaming services, and there is no cable. Free communal laundry is available in the basement, and a propane grill is provided. Free street parking is available with a 2-hour limit from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. Adjacent blocks offer unlimited free parking. A 90-day parking pass can be applied for to park in the 2-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month, with a strict no cats policy.
