Enjoy the resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, large outdoor fireplace, BBQ area, and arcade. Pool access is subject to season and weather. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Weapons and drugs are not allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
