All check-in and check-out procedures are conducted remotely, with a unique code provided for entry. A 6-month contract is required. Check-in is completed online. A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required, which will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $50 to $80 USD is available.
