This comfortable suite has everything you need. The fully functional kitchen includes tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $25 per night, or $15 per night for bookings of at least 15 nights. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Please book in advance. Enjoy a royal view of the entire city and CN Tower from the huge corner balcony. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded. The minimum age for booking is 25 years. Check-in is after 4PM, and check-out is before 12PM. The property is not a hotel, and the security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. If the alarm is triggered and we discover the smell of any type of smoke, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees.
