This apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, pool temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.
Up to two pets are welcome (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]) with a pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately.
Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.
No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
