Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. This home is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted.
