Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to objects and equipment made available for your use, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay.
