The bathroom features a shower/tub combo, and a separate laundry area with a new washer and dryer ensures long-term guests feel right at home. Parking is located 40 yards from the entrance with easy access to the back of the home. Centrally located in American Fork, this apartment is just minutes from major destinations. Enjoy convenient access to Utah Valley University, Brigham Young University, Thanksgiving Point, Sundance Ski Resorts, Timpanogos Cave National Monument, Bridal Veil Falls, Provo Canyon, Downtown Salt Lake City, and Salt Lake City International Airport. Noise precautions are in place, but occasional sounds from upstairs may be heard. Climate controls are managed from upstairs and are not directly accessible to studio guests.
