The Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium are a short drive away. The home also provides easy access to major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the home's central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed.
