Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only — 1 in Spot #207 (assigned) and 1 in any unmarked space behind or in front of the building, including the last row near Dunn Road. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended for the garage. Do not park in any other numbered spot, as violators will be towed at your expense. No street parking is allowed, as vehicles may be towed. No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are permitted. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). There is also a large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) of $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests are allowed; unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. The primary guest must be 21+, and all guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation.
