In addition, it is close to Golden Beach, Bal Harbor, Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles Beach, and the fascinating beach promenade of Hollywood Beach. Moreover, you can find many stores such as Walmart, Ross, and Walgreens less than a kilometer away, and the Aventura Mall is only 5 minutes away. Finally, you can enjoy extraordinary restaurants in the surroundings. A $30 USD charge will be applied for each key fob (every two adults (+12 years)) at the time of check-in, which will allow you to access the facilities of the building.
