Hardwood flooring throughout the apartment is in excellent condition. The apartment features impressive storage space, with closets in each room. A large dressing room includes its own closet. Each room has a ceiling fan. The apartment overlooks the building's organic community garden. A plot may be available for a small annual fee (you're welcome to ask). The building has a large laundry room in the basement. Parking is on the street. There are several spaces available at the back of the building first-come, first-served. You may not need a car to live here. The apartment is in one of the city's best for biking and walking. Public transit is easily accessible. Restaurants, bars, coffee houses, shopping and supermarkets and the Tower Grove Farmer's Market are within walking distance. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises. If you don't have your own renter's insurance, there is an additional fee of $10.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
