Don't underestimate this apartment, you all. To be fair, yes, buildings are old and amenities are tiny. But my family and I enjoyed living here for 3 years comfortably, because of the property manager Stephanie's excellent job. Her professionalism, creativity, helpful and friendly attitude, kindness, and patience definitely add a great value to this property which is hard to find from general search in apps or websites just like a hidden gem. Stephanie, thank you so much for making our life from now on hard. We will have to compare our new living experience all the time with this first apartment in The States for us which is the best!

I have the pleasure of working with the manager, Stephanie. The property is in a very clean condition even though they don't have a full time grounds keeper. Stephanie is quick to respond, attentive and avaliable. Even though the Property is close to freeway, the place is peaceful and calm. Dog friendly also! Plenty of street parking for guests
