We are nestled within a peaceful, park-like setting, yet we are just off the intersection of East Speedway Boulevard and Pantano Road, making it an easy commute to downtown or the I-10 freeway. Our community offers floor plans that will appeal to everyone. We currently have only one-bedroom apartments for rent. They range in price from $754.00 *** monthly to $868.00 *** monthly with an 18-month lease. We are currently offering a $100.00 to $300.00 off of move in costs on select apartments. ***These prices are subject to change at any time*** Our community has two pools, a playground, a dog park, three laundry care facilities and two elevators which make most units accessible to everybody. We know that our apartments are the best value in Tucson! Call us to make an appointment so you can see for yourself! Our office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
