I've lived here for a full year now and with the new management and the amazing things they've done I signed for another year!!!!! They still have more improvements on the way! Plus they're extremely timely with any issues that may arise, I put in a service request and the very next day they came and fixed it.

I really enjoyed live here. Moving cause of work. If it wasn’t for that I would resign my lease with them. The manager is really nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is really quick with repairs. I would highly recommend.

I have no idea about the previous management but the current that I had my experience with has been the most pleasant that I had ever dealt with. The property has changed for the best in every other day & makes the environment feel the worthiness of being a resident. The staff is very professional & has acted upon my concerns with much deep concern & respect. I appreciate everything moment I had to interact with staff & feeling at home in my unit. Do consider!

Been the best apartment I've lived at. Friendly, and helpful staff and management. Got a nice sized workout room, shared barbecue pad. Super friendly neighbors. Lots of stores and restaurants conveniently close.

Probably the most affordable places in the area for what you get. Been living here for 3 years and I've had 0 issues. Love living here with my fiance. The property is well maintained and my rent hasn't increased much in the last 3 years so that's a blessing. The bad reviews from years ago don't add up. Things have changed in a positive way for this property.

New management definitely has their tenants in mind! Doggy run, ample parking, washer/dryer in unit and dishwasher! The grounds are well kept and there is personnel patrolling premises. Most importantly it shows Evergreen 47 staff really cares about community by ensuring buildings and area are updated and clean. Kudos to Netanya who is so gracious, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! Just the best! :-)

1st let me say, I rarely write reviews. But every now and then, I feel the need. I have lived here for 6 months and counting. I relocated from NY City in Jan of this year. I drove 3 days straight. I arrived in Everett, WA on Saturday morning, Jan 9th. I immediately began searching for a place to live. I've must have called or email at least 20 locations. Most were closed, others had no vacancies. The only person that reply was Netanya, the Property Manager here at Evergreen on 47. She told me that she was available and could show me a apt right now. We met, I liked what I saw, I completed my application, left my deposit and headed to my hotel. While I was driving to my hotel, I received a call from Netanya, letting me know that I have been approved and I can come in on Monday to sign my lease agreement. I can tell you about all of the improvements that they are making here and that's cool and all. But what really stands out for me is how friendly and positive everyone is here. Every time I cross path with Netanya or one of the staff members, I'm always greeted with a smile and a kind word. I'm grateful and thankful to GOD that HE lead me to Evergreen on 47. Netanya and the staff has met and exceeded all of my expectations.
