I'm looking for someone interested in taking over the remainder of my lease. Currently, I have only 6 months left on the lease. This is great for someone interested in moving to the area without signing a full-term lease. I'll also agree to pay first month's rent. The reason I'm leaving is because my job is transferring me out of state and I'm looking to take care of this ASAP. These are very quiet and comfortable apartments and I'd stay longer if I wasn't moving. Management has been extremely prompt with any concerns. I've had no issues here and neighbors are very friendly. Presidential Arms is Conveniently located: Close to both Pittsburgh and the PA Turnpike. (I work in Pittsburgh. I takes only 20 min) Close to LaRoche College Right behind North Park (Great for outdoor activities in summer) Easy access to Giant Eagle, McKnight and Ross Park Mall Features: 1 bed/ 1 bath Large living area 3 large closets Kitchen and Dining area Stove, Dishwater and Garbage Disposal Wall-to-wall carpeting Air-conditioning Digital Cable and High Speed Internet Ready Only pay Electric (Water, garbage, sewer, etc taken care of!) Top floor living Balcony Tenant only parking Apartment Features: On-site property management Pool Tennis Court Fitness Center Near Public Transportation Easy Access to Major Routes Cats and small dogs welcome Let me know if your interested.
