Look and Lease Special! One Month Free! Beautiful 2 Bedroom located in Capitol Hill! This unit at 975 Washington St is a top floor apartment with great windows letting in wonderful natural light! There are hardwood floors throughout and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a nice bathtub. This unit has Onsite laundry is available as well as street parking. Nearby is Charlie Browns Bar and Grill, Stoney’s Bar and Grill, Sky Bar, Trader Joes, King Soopers and so much more! Utilities covered in rent: water, sewage, trash, gas and Wi-Fi. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $600 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a $300 pet deposit, and $35 per month pet rent. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account. We do not require in person showings, but they are highly encouraged! The Square footage our units is approximate. An in-person tours are recommended to get exact square footage.
