Cottingham Cottage- 958 Cottingham Drive - Conveniently located just 5 minutes to Downtown Charleston, 10 minutes to Sullivan's Island and less than a mile from Shem Creek, Cottingham Cottage allows you to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer! This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome is located in a quiet Mount Pleasant neighborhood and has been recently updated to include all of the amenities one would want during their 30+ night stay! Enjoy the convenience of having everything you need right at your fingertips when you rent Cottingham Cottage! On the first floor you will find the spacious living room, updated kitchen, dining area and half bathroom. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and a chest full of games for you to enjoy during your stay. The dining area is just off the living room and features a large table with seating for up to six people! The proximity to the kitchen makes this the perfect space to entertain, and host family or friends for dinner! The kitchen has been recently updated and features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a small table perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or working from home! You can access the outdoor patio and back yard from the sliding door in the kitchen. The yard is fully fenced in. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather! Also on the first floor is a half bath for your convenience as well as the full size washer/dryer. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms and full size bathroom. Each bedroom is spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light! The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed, outfitted with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom can be accessed from the master bedroom and features a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway, and includes a separate vanity on this side creating privacy from the master! The additional two bedrooms feature a Queen size, and Full sized bed. Parking for this townhome is located in the driveway just to the side of the home and can fit up to two cars. If you have additional guests, there is overflow parking in the neighborhood as well. This location is walkable to 4 grocery stores (Aldi, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Harris Teeter) and Walgreens! There is also public water access to Shem Creek very nearby! Stay at Cottingham Cottage and you are just a quick drive or bike to kayaking, paddle boarding, or boating! In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
