Mini splits use less energy and operate more quietly than standard air conditioners or electric heaters, while allowing you to adjust temperatures in each room individually. This property offers onsite laundry, off-street parking, locking mail, classic landscaping and guest parking. Additional storage also included. PETS Mature cats, 12 months of age or older are welcome at this property with an additional security deposit of $300. Up to two cats. NO PET RENT. Sorry, dogs are not allowed. UTILITIES Water, Sewer, Garbage service are included in the monthly rent. Resident responsible for electricity. OTHER This property does not allow smoking. Rental is offered on a 12 month lease.
