(I work from home and it doesn't bother me- usually I'm listening to music so I barely hear it.) PARKING: There is one off-street parking spot in front of the house that you can use, if desired. There's also ample street parking. AMENITIES: As this is a long-term stay, you will be responsible for providing your own paper towels and toilet paper, soap/shampoo, cooking oil, etc. I will of course provide some upon check-in to get you started though! PETS: There are currently no pets living on the property. You may bring one small, non-shedding, well-behaved cat or dog for an extra $500 deposit and an extra $75/month pet rent. I just ask that you please pick up after them and dont allow them to chew on or scratch the furniture! ========= AREA ============= - Walkers paradise (Walk Score 91). - Good transit (Transit Score 60). - Bikers paradise (Bike Score 99). - Located in the central, up-and-coming NOBE (North Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley) neighborhood.
