The kitchen is connected to the spacious living room featuring a gas fireplace. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the unit for added privacy. The home also has 2 full bathrooms. There is washer and dryer included within the home and a detached garage will come with it for additional parking. The home is dog friendly for additional fees. Sorry no cats. All utilities will be the tenants responsibility. You will be walking distance from the community pool and located just minutes from 470 for any commuting.
