I was initially nervous about considering this place to move here because of older reviews from a few years ago but I've had a great experience living here and the apartment furnishings are new. Maintenance is very responsive to fix requests I have which is great. I agree with the previous commenter that sometimes the first floor can have an odd smell when entering and I hope the building addresses it.

Average building newer looking units, gutted and renovated since 2019 except the hallways on all the floors look and smell really drab and unloved. On top of this the 1st floor constantly smells like sewage and management doesn't care to do anything to improve the ventilation. This is despite multiple requests to fix the problem. Prepare to be embarrassed to invite over family and friends in the off-chance the lobby wants to smell like sewage that day. Yay!
