In my free time I like catching up with my dvr (usually weeknights), out with friends during the week (usually in the city, so they won't be coming here), cooking, going to the gym, etc. About you: working, professional, friendly (we don't have to be best friends, but it's definitely easier to at least be cordial), non-smoker (ideally-but definitely no smoking inside), not a super heavy partier/drinker. Hi, I'm a young professional girl. looking for a second and third roommate for move-in for a 1 year lease (with option to extend) in Ashland. No pets or kids allowed, sorry! single occupancy only. About the place : It's a great 1454sqft 3bd/2bth, 3 floor townhouse in Ashland, secluded off the main road. The rooms are itself is $950/month with heat and hot water included, and has a closet, two full windows, and the downstairs bathroom essentially would be yours. The bottom floor has a small laundry room, and the rest we use for storage and ironing. The main floor has a full: bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. There's also a small fenced-in patio, which we use for grilling and hanging out. The house has hardwood floors throughout (except carpeting in bedrooms and the bottom floor), and plenty of storage and parking. About the area : The townhouse itself is on a side street in a very green/wooded, quiet complex. It's great if you like coming back to a quiet area, but being close to everything. Shaws and a few other plazas are walking distance, rt9/90/495 is 15 min away, and commuter rail (either Ashland or Framingham) is 5 min away. Framingham State is 10min away on backroads.About us: I'm a 28y/o young professional, not home a lot, but definitely like hanging out at home and catching up on DVR'd stuff. I keep the place relatively clean (and try to keep it that way), have people over once in a while (and clear it between us before doing so), cook, and go to the gym.. About you : Ideally, I'm looking for someone who doesn't have to be my best friend, but definitely someone who can also hang out with and that has a similar mindset.
