Kitchen has new cabinets and countertop with complimentary fridge and stove. We love pets! They're more than welcome to join you in your new home. However, to include these fuzzy family members, there will be a non refundable $200 pet fee with an additional $35 per month charge for the 1st pet. Qualifications - $2300 to move in, which includes 1st month & security deposit - $3350 verifiable monthly income (does not apply to sect 8) - No previous evictions - Applicant must have a current lease in your name - Good Landlord reference - Sect 8 and similar programs are accepted and have a separate pre-qualification form - Pet's are allowed, if approved there's a $200 non refundable pet fee and monthly charge of $35 per month for 1st pet.
