The two bedrooms are located right off of the living area. The kitchen comes well equipped with an electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and plenty of room for storage. A kitchen island is also an additional feature of this spacious kitchen. Future residents of this home will enjoy the large front porch. Positioned on a large lot, future residents will also enjoy a large back deck. The large unfinished basement area offers additional storage. A washer/dryer is included with the rental. The tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, water/sewer, landscaping, and all other utilities. $2,195.00 per month, $2,195.00 fully refundable security deposit. Proof of renter’s insurance required before move-in. Cats and dogs 30 lbs. and under are welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review). Maximum of 2 pets with a $50 rent increase per month for each animal and an increased deposit of $50 for each animal.
