The apartment is on the 4th floor and is accessible by elevator. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and a deck with a great view. It also includes in-unit washer/dryer, oven, dishwasher, and ample amount of cooking appliances and common space furnitures from previous tenants.
