Located in a quite/safe neighborhood that is 4 minutes to the naval base, .75 miles from the beach, and 2 blocks from the local fire department and dog park. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, wifi, etc. First months rent and security deposit due before/at time of signing. No smoking allowed.
