It can be on and off sometimes. I have a love and hate relationship with this apartment. But way more pros than cons. It was a good first starter apartment. On site maintenance is phenomenal and relatively quiet depending on the time of year. I would definitely recommend as a first time apartment owner.

I have lived at this apartment complex for over a year now and I think they are great. The maintenance guys are on top of it and they are really nice guys. Great price for a great property. This is my first apartment living experience and I am very happy with it.
