About 91B Millbrook Rd
Property Id: 1623935 Our furnished, private, and freestanding carriage house has water, electricity, and internet and is available month to month through the end of February. We have almost four hundred 5 star reviews on Airbnb. You are welcome to book through Airbnb by searching for the East West Nest in West Asheville. This will waive your need to pay a security deposit. All utilities are included as well as a once per week cleaning and linen change. We will provide potable water in 5 gallon jugs for as long as needed. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and the living room has a full size pull out couch w/foam topper. We have a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, countertop toaster oven/air fryer, two burner hot plate, large countertop oven, and mini fridge with small freezer. You'll have all necessary cookware, utensils, and plates you'll need. There's a smart TV in the living room with Hulu (no cable). Off street parking for 2 cars. Please contact me directly before applying.
