I stayed at Santa Barbara Manor for two months earlier this year and was very impressed with my apartment and the management. Tracy, the onsite manager, and Jill at the Stokley Properties office were very helpful through the move-in process and were understanding when I needed to leave my lease early. Complex is in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to stores. Pool is very pleasant in summer months!

This place have been having construction nearly year round with jack hammering and other constitution noise that's truly unbearable for the surrounding neighborhood. Not even a notice to the neighbors about the noice. What a shame.
