Both bedrooms and laundry room (full size washer & dryer included) are located upstairs. Jack/Jill bathroom features 2 separate vanities/sinks, stall shower in addition to a shower over the tub. Central heat and A/C. HOA paid by owner includes water and garbage. 2 covered assigned carports located in front of the unit. Small pets negotiable upon owners approval with additional deposit.
