Currently occupied by myself who would become landlord, however will be empty, cleaned and moved out if a renter is found. Lease terms are negotiable, as of right now would prefer to have a lease signed up until end of May, and then most likely continue on with a 6 month or 1 year lease afterwards. Unfurnished/partially furnished depending on your needs. First/Last/Security required. Can schedule a time to view the condo. Hot water included, heat/electricity/gas provided by tenant.
