The rental is newly renovated with amenities including: balcony, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, sunroom, updated bathroom, added half bathroom, walk in closet, and washer/dryer hookups. There are three parking spots available, as well as street parking. We can also make space in our garage if additional storage is needed! No Utilities included. No dogs allowed, but we do allow cats and caged animals(fish, reptiles, rodents). Date Available: January 1st 2026. $2,100/month rent. $1,500 security deposit required.
