Located in Bartholomew County, we have a small town feel with only 32 total apartment homes on site. Renter must make 2x the rent, not have any unpaid evictions on their credit report, and none in the last 5 years. If a bankruptcy exists, it must be discharged. There will be a $25.00 application fee as a credit and background check will be conducted on every applicant, and everyone 18 years and older must apply and pay the fee. A check will be conducted on the National Sex Registry as well. No felonies in the last 5 years, no felonies that are drug related or violence related, and not on the sex registry. You'll love living in this quaint community. But hurry and come in to fill out an application, a waiting list will start soon as there will be several applicants. We are a Section 42 low-income; tax credit property and some income limits apply. There must be at least one household member that is NOT a full-time student.
