I love living at spruce ridge apartments. I have a wonderful view and a large balcony. The staff are amazing and go above and behind. They are quick to respond! Minutes from I65 which is very convenient. I went to the pool everyday this summer and it is kept very clean. Garbage is picked up every night at my door! Wonderful place to live

I have lived at Spruce Ridge for over 2 years. This is the first apartment that I have really enjoyed staying in. The apartments themselves are awesome as they have granite counter tops, nice appliances, and really big showers (kind of random, but its true!). Once you step out of your apartment, you get to walk around the amazing grounds that have really beautiful ponds to walk/run along as they have surrounded by a running trail. I enjoy looking out over my deck with a cup of coffee and watch the turtles swim in the pond myself; Makes for a great start to the day! The pool area is awesome. Management does a lot to make it feel really good out there. They put out beautiful palm plants and flowers, they keep everything really clean and the pool looking beautiful. Additionally, they keep the grill stocked with propane for whenever you want to go grilling out. The pool-side here at Spruce Ridge is probably my favorite place in all of Columbus. Lastly, management and maintenance really go out of their way for you here. Management is always quick to answer my questions and they make every interaction with them very easy. Maintenance is always very friendly, quick and do a great job. Being a previous homeowner, I'm so thankful to have a great maintenance team that keeps everything running so I can simply focus on working and living a life full of friends and family. Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Hands. Down.
