Enjoy a sense of peace and tranquility throughout this uniquely charming yet stylish house. Detached parking garage is used on a first-come-first-served basis. If it's available, you are free to use it. Guests are able to park at the back of the house's driveway area. Just a 6 minute commute to the vibrant energy of Downtown Columbus and close by Columbus Regional Hospital, this house is conveniently located by many restaurants and shopping centers. This well-presented house is convenient across Columbus Regional Hospital and has quick access to National Road/US 31 near big shopping centers like Target, Kroger, Best Buy, etc., and many restaurants! Any undeclared guests will be considered an additional $40 per day. Having undeclared guests without written consent may cause reservations to be canceled without a refund. Exceeding house capacity of 15 persons can lead to the removal of all guests without a refund. If there is a house rule violation, a $250 smoking fee or $50 late check-out fee will be charged, and any cost incurred due to violation of house rules by the guest and guest’s party.
