Most guests are in Columbus because of work assignments, relocation, or temporary housing while their home is being repaired. This home provides a place to rest and recharge after a long day or night of work. All guests must be declared in the reservation. Any undeclared guests will be considered an additional $40 per day, and having undeclared guests without written consent may cause the reservation to be canceled without a refund. The home has the capacity to hold no more than 10 persons at any time, and exceeding this capacity can lead to the removal of all guests without a refund. A $450 smoking fee, a $100 late check-out fee, and a $500 unauthorized pet fee will be charged for any house rule violations. Guests must provide pet medication records if bringing a pet. Guests must pass a background check (criminal, eviction, and credit) to stay at the property.
