Park Ridge Commons is a nice community residential building and the apartments are very nicely maintained. Humberto the maintenance personnel is a very humble and kind person who always helps to keep our homes well maintained , he fixes and repairs and replaces the appliances with up to date ones whenever required. The buildings are very convenient to the Dee park, it's got a very nice backyard and the gym is quite functional. I like staying here.

I have lived a very long time at Park Ridge Commons because of their excellent timely customer service. Everyone that works here is wonderful. Extra big Thank you to Marcela and Janette in the front office for having my kitchen floor replaced. Looks great! The entire staff and maintenance employees is what makes this complex special!
