Check out this top floor condo in a three family home steps from Porter Sq and Davis Sq. Amazing layout with formal living room + dining room. The stove is electric, and all of the electrical appliances-including the washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, wine fridge, and others-are mostly less than two years old. Stack laundry is right off the kitchen. Three bedrooms with plenty of room and closet space. The primary bedroom has an en suite bath and multiple closets. The other two bedrooms have mini-split heat pump unis on the wall for AC + the landlord will supply additional window AC units if needed for other rooms. Storage is available in the basement, and one garage parking spot is included. Pets with excellent references are fine. Fantastic location barely two blocks from Porter Square and very close to Davis. You don't see places like this very often! (Reference #181737)
