So far my move to Hidden Lake Apartments has been great! I only have very few small maintenance needs in this first week of move in. The maintenance staff responded right away which gave me confidence in the quality and upkeep of the property. I love ❤️ my space! The property is quiet and people seem friendly. Looking forward to the next week's ahead in my new home

I’m not one to leave reviews that often, but I feel the need to leave a review here. I have been a resident here going on 3 years now. Prior to living here I had never resigned a lease, I always did a 1 year term and moved. The staff here have made living here make sense. I don’t have many issues, but any time I have had an issue the office staff and maintenance staff were quick to address it. Most recently, I had my AC go out, and I’ve always heard horror stories from friends in other apartments who have their AC go out or another appliance and they’re waiting days or weeks for a fix. I was worried I’d be without AC for a few days, I submitted a work request at the end of the day around 5pm and by 6:30 my AC was back up and running. I cannot say enough how appreciative I am of the level of communication and willingness to quickly address issues the staff here has.
